Understanding Pseudo-Myopia
Pseudo-myopia is actually a spasm of accommodation, caused by prolonged high-intensity use of the eye at short range, placing the ciliary muscle in continuous tension and contraction, and unable to relax. For this type of myopia, it is possible to restore part of the vision by relaxing, adjusting, looking at the distance, and if necessary, taking ciliary muscle paralysis drugs.
It's important to note that pseudo-myopia is just a transitional state of true myopia. Existing methods can delay the time and progress of myopia, but cannot cure true myopia or prevent pseudo-myopia from turning into true myopia.
